Most owner-managers we meet do not need to do anything urgently. They need a senior, independent point of view from someone with no incentive to push them into a transaction.

We work on retained advisory mandates as well as transaction-led ones. The conversation is the same: what are your real objectives, what are the credible paths to them, and what are the trade-offs?

If the right answer is to do nothing, we will tell you. If the right answer is to act now, we will tell you that too.
